Job Description
IRIS KPO Resourcing is hiring Accounts Associates to support accounting and financial operations. Selected candidates will work on year-end statutory accounts preparation, financial statement drafting, and accounting documentation for clients. The role requires a good understanding of accounting principles, analytical thinking, and proficiency in financial reporting processes.
Candidates with experience in audit firms or account finalization activities will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare end-to-end year-end statutory accounts.
- Draft financial statements including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Prepare supporting notes to accounts and working papers.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Analyze financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist in account finalization processes.
- Support accounting operations for client engagements.
