Job Description
Pon Pure Chemicals is hiring Production Engineers to support manufacturing plant operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring production activities, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting process improvements within the plant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Manage batch processing operations and chemical reaction monitoring.
- Maintain production reports, logs, and shift documentation.
- Monitor process parameters and optimize plant performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, quality control, EHS, and R&D teams.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and yield.
- Maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.
